1:1 Coaching / Therapy

Most clients need around 4 to 6 sessions to achieve their goal. The more committed and motivated someone is, the faster the improvement as there is “homework” to be done between sessions too.

Some people have a more complex set of issues they want to address, and so more sessions might be appropriate to achieve maximum progress.

An initial block of 4 x 1 hour weekly sessions with personalised “homework” is currently £220. Subsequent sessions at £50 per session. Most clients can hope for significant improvement after 4 to 6 sessions, depending on the nature of their goal/s and assuming commitment to completing the tasks between sessions.
